Economics of the Household and Gender
On 25 -28 June, 2019, took place Economics of the Household and Gender, the second summer school Lisbon School of Economics & Management (ISEG) has organised about gender. The program included sessions about history of Household Economics (HHE) since the early 20 th Century, with an emphasis on the role of women; modeling decision-making in households; empirical studies on labor supply, consumption, couple formation, fertility, and more. PLOTINA partner Elsa Fontainha offered a guest lecture presenting PLOTINA Project and actions.
14 students attended the course of 4 days; they were national and international students and expersts from Statistics Portugal and Bank of Portugal Studies Department.
